POLICIES

Booking Policy

All appointments require a 50$ non-refundable booking fee. Before booking, please ensure you have read all policies and service information relevant to your procedure type (brows, lips, or tattoo removal). Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee if cancellation is necessary for any reason.

Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late reschedules and cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee as there will not be enough time to fill the spot. Same-day no-shows and cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Due to limited availability, only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. Please plan accordingly to ensure you can attend your scheduled appointments.

Tardiness Policy

Please allow extra time to arrive and locate the studio, as it may be difficult to find, especially if you haven't read the confirmation email with specific directions.

There is a 10-minute grace period for arriving at the studio. If we cannot start your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we will need to reschedule, and you will be required to submit a new booking fee. We strive to be present and allocate appropriate time for each client, so we cannot accommodate tardiness. Please respect our time.

Initial Touch-Ups

Initial touch-ups are performed within 4-10 weeks of the initial procedure. If you miss this time frame, you must book within 20 weeks for an extended touch up. If you do not book within 20 weeks, you will be subject to the 1-2 year annual color boost.

Previous Tattoo Work

Touch-ups are for existing clients only. If you have previous tattoo work, please send a photo to lero.brows.pmu@gmail.com for approval. Booking without prior consent may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee if we cannot perform the procedure over your existing tattoo.

Guests and Children

No guests are allowed in the studio. Due to the technical nature of the procedure, only the client and the artist should be present in the room to avoid any distractions.
